Firstly, I was given this leaflet from the Podiatry Clinic at Stenhousemuir. I attend several other NHS OPD's but will concentrate on Podiatry.
I have been attending the above clinic since February 2024 ....
Initially every week until recently and now every 2 weeks with me doing my own change of dressings supplied by the Clinic in between. I can only say that my care and treatments have been very caring, professional, sensitive and dignified (a sense of humour helps too...)
I cannot fault the attitude and professionalism, especially from Lauren... I don't find attending an ordeal, and trust all the podiatrists and students I have seen so far.. (I value the text messages from the NHS re appointments but not sure everyone has that access?)
Apparently, my treatment may continue for several more months but I have complete trust and faith with the podiatry team, again I'm highlighting the care and professionalism from Lauren especially...
All the team (including the lovely receptionist) are a pleasure to deal with and I trust them all completely.
