The care I received in ward 3E was great. All the nurses are wonderful, the nursing assistants couldn't do enough for me, nothing was ever too much for them.

Especially, Elaine, Irene, Alyson, Nicola.

I enjoyed my stay, had a lovely time, it was wonderful.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to share this lovely feedback about the care provided by the staff within Ward 3E, University Hospital Crosshouse.

I am sorry to hear that you required an admission to hospital, but it is great to know that our nurses and nursing assistants were able to provide you with such friendly and professional care whilst you were in the Ward.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients, and it will be my pleasure to ensure your kind comments are shared with the Ward staff and with Elaine, Irene, Alyson and Nicola in particular. It will be really encouraging for them to know that you felt so well supported by them.
