"Health Visitor unprofessional"

About: Community Child Health / Health Visiting Service

(as a parent/guardian),

I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent visit from my health visitor. Unfortunately, she arrived late to our scheduled appointment without any prior notification. During her time at my home, she took a phone call that I soon realized was personal. To my dismay, she then provided my address to a family member over the phone, informing them of her location to make personal arrangements.

Upon reflection, I am increasingly upset that my personal information, such as my address, was disclosed in this manner. This breach of privacy has left me feeling quite distressed.

I wanted to pass this along just for awareness and to avoid it happening again in the future.
