"She listens to me and helps me"

About: Learning Disability Services / Community Learning Disability Team

(as a service user),

Diana is my nurse. She listens to me and helps me. She works in PG Health Centre. She listens to everything I say to her, and if I need extra help she does it.

She's helped me with my feelings and broken shoulder. I have had Diana helping me for a long time.
