"Great treatment after a very long wait"

I have attended this department every six months for the last few years. The treatment by the staff is excellent.

I always get there on time, not early and not late.

Yesterday the waiting room was full - which is unusual. In discussions with others waiting it appeared there was a 2 hour delay!

As said earlier the treatment when you eventually get it is excellent. Waiting times must be addressed. Or is it to increase car park income??
