About: Woodend Hospital / Pre-operative Assessment Clinic

(as the patient),

I have had a lot of traumatic experiences within NHS Grampian that have severely damaged my trust in medical staff. 

So everytime I receive, kind, competent and professional medical care it makes a huge impact and helps build that trust back up. Jill (nurse, POAC) and Susan (HCSW) who saw me today were exceptional. 

Kind, compassionate and highly professional. 

More NHS staff should strive to meet the high standards of patient care and professionalism these two have set.
