Dear jivets33

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to share this lovely feedback about the care provided by the Stroke Team within University Hospital Crosshouse.

I sorry to hear that you have required admission to hospital following a stroke. I can only imagine how scary and anxious this must have been for you, especially having to travel to a mainland hospital from Millport. I am, however, glad to hear that you found everyone in the Ward to be helpful and jolly.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients, and it will be my pleasure to share your kind comments with the wider Team in the Ward, which I know they will be grateful to receive.

Please accept my best wishes and thank you once again for taking the time to acknowledge your care experience

Kind regards

Pamela
