Today, 18/06/2025 I came for my appointment which was scheduled at 13:40, by 13:50 I was still not assisted and when I asked the receptionist why this was the case she was plainly rude to me and told me that no one keeps time and if I want to leave I should just leave.

Dear Patient
Thank you for your feedback and the chance this gives the practice to improve our services. Please could you contact me by calling in or phoning the surgery to discuss the issue you had on 18th June. I apologise if the clinician you were seeing was running late. Unfortunately, this can happen for several reasons, usually because they are dealing with an emergency, or the patient they are seeing is taking longer than their allotted time. As your comment has been signed as anonymous, I am unable to check who was on reception, but I am surprised if they were rude and gave out this type of information. However, the problem can be investigated if I have your contact details. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
