Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback on the NHS website.

We are sorry to hear that your son's operation was cancelled multiple times. We also apologise for the lack of communication you experienced which must have been very frustrating at an already stressful time. Your experience falls well below the standard we expect for our patients.

We have recently been informed that, unfortunately, this section of the NHS website will be closed down from 20th June 2025. This means that we will not be able to post a full response from the involved department. We take all issues surrounding patient care very seriously and would like to hear about your experience from you directly. If you would like this matter investigating further, please contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on 0161 276 8686 or by e-mailing pals@mft.nhs.uk.
