I had a problem with my left eye after two and a half weeks using an eye wash /cream/ anti inflamation drops with no success I called NHS 111. They advised after consultation to attend outpaitents at RDH. Reception was easy, being seen by tirage very good and faster than all the horror stories I hear.
Then the doctor care and interest in my problem his diagnosis and once again drugs administrated also informing myself that a referral to the eye clinic in the next few following days.
To your credit I was contacted that same day (missed call, my fault instructions left with contact number) after the weekend I called, made a appointment for the following day. Within seeing receptionist I was seen by a preliminary check by doctor Preet, very professional then by the main eye doctor on duty. All this in a very short time with a further diagnosis and re assurance to my condition.
Cannot thank you enough without the NHS I would probably been dead at aged 11, unable to use my arm/shoulder at 40, blind by 50. Many thanks once again to all.
"Thanks once again to all"
