"Excellent service"

I was referred for a minor surgery by my dentist on 10th April and got an appointment for 21st May, which was very quick. The consultant and other staff were very friendly and provided all the necessary information before, during and after the procedure. The procedure was successful and resolved the issue. I was told I would get a pone call to check that all was well in a week's time. However, I received a letter saying the call would be 5 weeks after the procedure. The call will not needed by then.
