"Impossible to talk with a doctor"

It's absolutely impossible to talk with a doctor whenever you need. If you have a query or a problem you need to wake up super early to be able to fill a form online explaining your condition. Already by mid morning this option is not available anymore so you need to wait the next day. If you are lucky enough to fill the form, you will receive a message asking you to book a telephone appointment online. Usually the telephone appointment will be for 1-2 weeks later. After 1-2 weeks you are able to talk with a GP to explain your issue. You might as well be dead by then. If you attempt to call the practice you will need to wait for as long as 20-30 minutes before someone responds to you, most of the times telling you that there's nothing they can do / don't know - Absolutely useless. This process is so ineffective and they are doing nothing about it, no matter how many complaints you raise. They simply don't care about patients at all.
