Comfortable and spacious waiting areas. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Complimentary tea and coffee, sometimes biscuits. At appointments staff are welcoming and explain everything clearly. My mother had a cataract replacement and it was managed very well and successfully. Always happy to attend the eye clinic at Watford Atria.
