Failed to act on a treatment plan putting me a year and half behind plan. Receptionist accused me of lying and completely dismissed me. Tried to put words in my mouth then backtracked when I argued it. Receptionists are always rude and think they know best. Can’t get an appointment when needed. Repeatedly mess up prescription requests because they don’t bother to read letters or follow them.
