"Visiting the eye clinic"

About: Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital / Paediatric Eye Clinic Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital / Play Service

(as the patient),

I went to the eye clinic to get my eyes checked and to make sure I was wearing the right glasses.

I went to see the nurse first and I had to tell her all the letters I could see.

After that I had to go see another nurse to have some eye drops.

I was a bit scared at this bit but the nurse was really nice and when there were down I realised I didn’t have to be scared.

I was a brave girl so one of the nurse gave me an activity pack to play with and I loved it.

I then had to see the Dr to get the back of my eyes checked too.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your visit to the eye clinic. It sounds like you were a star patient getting in your eye drops and getting your eye tests done. Well done. I am glad you enjoyed your activity pack.
