From the moment I entered the Endoscopy unit where I received a pleasant Welcome to my leaving the unit I was treated with utmost respect by all team members, I was made to feel valued and felt I was being listened to and was constantly put at ease and reassured to the extent that my natural anxiety was not an issue and I just had total confidence in the team
