"Dreadfull policey"

This is regarding a holiday claim form, Which was taken to the gp surgery 11 days ago, Due to my husband having had heart failure, Obviously he has been advised not to fly by the heart consultant, However the holiday insurance company state the claim is signed by our gp, Despite this being documented by the heart consultant, We have been told by a receptionist at the gp surgery, they have a 28 day policy for signing the said form, However the claim form becomes void with the travel insurance company after 30 day's, The 28 day policy by the surgery, Has coursed lot's of stress to my husband, Who is in poor health.
