"Very good experience "

I was referred here by my GP for a colonoscopy, and was not looking forward to it at all. From the moment of arrival I felt in good caring and professional hands, from the reception nurse, to being admitted, to the examination itself. Very good staff team and excellent facilities. When I went in for the procedure the consultant asked me if I wanted to listen to some music, he had Spotify on his laptop, so I said yes. That was the extra care that really helped me relax. The procedure went well, and aftercare was very good too, a cup of tea and some ginger nuts in recovery.
