I found the staff support exceptional .I felt I was listened to, the members of staff I saw was very patient, knowledgeable, skilled and experienced.

They made me feel confident and comfortable to continue to do the treatment on my ankle with frequent monitoring to view the healing process.

They explained step by step what they were doing while dressing the ankle and gave reasons why they were doing it.

I am now able to go off on holiday feeling better in my mental health knowing that they are supporting me all the way until the wound in my ankle heals as i have been reassured that the healing will take some time but because of their positive attitude i already feel better in my self with my physical health.

One practitioner in particular helped to instills confidence in me with his knowledge and very clear explanation of my concerns about my wound in my ankle and my arthritis plus delay in healing which could be related to my new diagnosis of possible diabetes

He was efficient in prescribing the necessary treatment needed to relieve the pain and cleanse the would etc.

He also patiently taught me to do the necessary dressings required to help speed up the healing process

His colleagues who followed up on my progress were equally good.
