12 years ago, one of the doctors gave me medication that she should not of, due to family problems.
I ended up with a blood clot in my head, now I’m on warfarin and find it very hard to get a blood test. I have rang 2-4 weeks before and get told to go to the countess.
It costs me money and time, I’m usually in work but going the countess would mean a 1 1/2hour round trip, as I have a car I can get there, but if I didn’t it would take 3hour round trip.
I phoned on the 12th to get an appointment for 26th, got a call back today telling me to go to countess.
So not only do reception tell me I can’t have a blood test but now the nursing staff.
I’m so angry
"Not very good"
