I recently went to the Edward Jenner Unit for the first time for a number blood tests.
Excellent service from the helpful receptionists, then seen straight away by the Phlebotomy team.
My blood tests were performed without pain and I was asked my preferences about which vein was best and which kind of needle.
After 26years of regular blood tests, this was a first !
Very organised service and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
It took me longer to travel to and from Cheltenham than the wait and the blood test.
