"Dealing with severe depression & anxiety"

About: Inclusion Thurrock (Talking Therapies)

(as the patient),

Immersive Reader

After many years of depression and anxiety issues I reached out to Thurrock Inclusion for help. After a short wait and a pre CBT course on what to expect I started my 1-2-1 talking therapy CBT course. Over 12 x 1 hour sessions I totally changed my life by eradicating toxic people from my life and dealing with all of the different issues causing my anxiety. The anxiety hasn't gone completely I am sure a bit of it will always be with me however thanks to my therapist (who I owe so much to) I am pretty certain I can deal with it now. If for any reason I feel I need further help then I can simply reach out again to Inclusion and simply self refer back to them.

Many thanks to all involved no word can show my appreciation.
