"Very smiley and welcoming"

About: Fife Community Services / Community Treatment and Care (CTAC)

(as a service user),

My annual Year of Care review!!

The nursing assistant was very smiley and welcoming.

A Year of Care involves taking  height, weight, waist size, bloods - and testing urine!😊

I’ve had 5 cared-for years and this was the friendliest and chattiest - while being both rofessional and well organised. Thank you!

Good Afternoon Dibonski

My name is Sharon Serjeant and I am the team leader for CTAC in NE Fife

I would like to thankyou for taking time to provide such wonderful feedback following your recent appointment for year of care. It was lovely to hear how welcoming the nursing assistant was as well as being professional and organised.

Could I please ask if you would be kind enough to let me know which practice/clinic this was so I am able to feedback to the correct team

Best wishes

Sharon Serjeant
