"The best staff I’ve encountered in the entire NHS"

I’m currently suffering a severe mental health crisis for the first time in my life at the same time as an exceptionally complex, time consuming and potentially ruinous life event.

The staff at this surgery, both receptionists and medical personnel have been patient, kind and understanding, they have done all they can to accommodate and support and help me, and I truly do not know what I would have done if they were not so adept at their roles. I don’t know how so many wonderful people ended up working under one roof, but I am very glad they’re there.
