I had a blood test this morning, the young lady who took my bloods was absolutely amazing! Being petrified because of previous attempts where I have been left battered and bruised, the young lady today was nothing but phenomenal! It normally takes a few drs to come in and try to get blood, the lady today was done before I even knew she had started! I cannot praise her enough! Such a credit to the surgery!
