I am shocked and deeply disappointed by the level of care we received. I called the clinic yesterday to schedule an appointment for my son, who has been sick for five days. I was told to call back the next morning. When I did, they set up a phone consultation for the same day, but no one ever called.
After waiting for hours, I called the clinic again. I was told that the doctor had called, which is simply not true. I received no call or voicemail. Worse still, they said there were no more doctors available to speak with us.
How is it acceptable to treat a sick child with such indifference? There was no follow-up, no accountability, and absolutely no empathy. This kind of negligence is unacceptable. I truly worry for anyone who relies on this medical center for timely care. Children deserve better; all patients do.
