"Extremely Disappointed Negligent and Uncaring…"

I am shocked and deeply disappointed by the level of care we received. I called the clinic yesterday to schedule an appointment for my son, who has been sick for five days. I was told to call back the next morning. When I did, they set up a phone consultation for the same day, but no one ever called.

After waiting for hours, I called the clinic again. I was told that the doctor had called, which is simply not true. I received no call or voicemail. Worse still, they said there were no more doctors available to speak with us.

How is it acceptable to treat a sick child with such indifference? There was no follow-up, no accountability, and absolutely no empathy. This kind of negligence is unacceptable. I truly worry for anyone who relies on this medical center for timely care. Children deserve better; all patients do.

Please accept our apologies to what you have experienced at our surgery. If you could possible contact our reception manager with some more information we can investigate this matter further. Once we understand how we can improve our service, we can provide the necessary training to our team.
