"Great physiotherapists "

My elderly mum, in her nineties, has arthritis in her hips and knees so used a walking frame prior to going into hospital. She had a bad fall and fractured her ankle. She could not bear any weight on the ankle. I had been told prior to her going into Tickhill Road Hospital that she did not qualify for rehabilitation because she would not improve. I assumed that meant she would never walk again. But the physiotherapists worked wonders with her and she left the hospital able to walk, albeit still with a waking frame. But at least she was mobile again. I wish to thank them for all the hard work they did to get her walking again. Had it not been for their efforts her remaining years would have been very different with a miserable quality of life. So it’s a very big thank you to them. Mum is smiling again!
