I am anxious about needles and hate getting blood tests. The nurse today was a true professional. Not only did she manage to get blood from the veins in my weaker arm, I barley felt a thing. She also help talking to me to distract my attention away from the needle.
Made for the job. Thank you for making my life that little bit easier.
