About: Older People’s Services / Hospital at Home Southern Sector

(as a relative),

My mum received at hospital at home for the first time. Has regularly been in hospital with COPD, pneumonia and infections.

This was an excellent service for her and family. They cared for her for a week on antibiotics and oxygen. Nurses came 3 times a day and doc's came regularly. Every single one was caring, kind and helpful to my mum and explained everything they were a pleasure in our home, we can't thank them enough.

This is a fantastic service, I think more of this should be available in the community.

They were all amazing, 100% dedication to their job and patient and thank you to mums respiratory nurse for getting it.
