"Amazing and friendly service"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Surgical Skin Team

(as a service user),

I arrived recently at the department, greeted with warm smiles and introductions to the team (Kirsty, Laura and Mary), which put me completely at ease. 

Everything was explained in detail, and every care was taken to ensure my comfort and well-being, before, during and after the procedure.

I dont think I could use enough superlatives to describe the treatment and care I received from the team.
