Have called this morning at 0830am for an appointment for my sick 5 month old. Waiting half hour to be "caller number 1" and then the phone call is disconnected. Call again and wait another half hour, the receptionist picks up the phone and says she can't hear me and hangs up again, although she heard me saying I needed an appointment for my daughter.
This isn't the first time that I've waited until "caller number 1" and it hangs up.
And I haven't been able to get an appointment today for my sick baby.
