(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Thanks to the RCDS team at Victoria Hospital for the prompt and professional service I received recently. The service was new to me but I can honestly say it was outstanding in terms of speed and efficiency.  All the team from the first phone call to my discharge dealt with my case with care and understanding.  My only issue was during the CT scan the injection of contrast dye was very uncomfortable and I had to ask the nurse to stop the scan.  Here again the staff were understanding and once this issue was resolved all went well.  All in all the RCDS is a great service and the staff treat patients in a very professional manner.
