"There isn't the help needed"

About: Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust / Crisis resolution

(as the patient),

Been seen by crisis team a few times now mostly a waste of time, leaving me feeling suicidal, but there are a few that actually listen.

Saw them, had some fits - told them did not want to go to hospital, they said when I got discharged they would arrange a taxi. They didn't do anything.

Told me they would ring me, didn't do that either they don't follow through on their promises. No wonder so many people end up harming themselves, there isn't the help needed, staff need better training.
