"Nurse's visits & reassurance are invaluable"

My patents were suddenly met with challenging health issues, after bringing up a family of 3 children, helping out with their Grandson, enjoying a busy full on social life, & going on many holidays, since retiring from running their own successful business. 

With both of them suffering from physical & mental health conditions, my patents have found this extremely difficult to come to terms & deal with, although they have a very supportive family, & have become almost house bound. 

This sad situation was starting to have a detrimental affect & take its toll on all of us, as we didn't know who or where to turn to for help & advice. After many GP appointments a care plan was eventually put in place, & their practice Matron Nurse started to visit my parents. 

Both of my parents, & all of the family, cannot praise Ann enough for her kindness, reassurance & efficiency in caring & referring them to the correct medical departments, who are also giving them the best possible care. 

This amazing NHS service has helped to put all of our minds at rest & there is a significant positive change in my parents over all well being, although they still have a long way to go! 

Ann's visits & reassurance are invaluable, we don't know what we'd do without them! We as a whole family appreciate the fantastic care my patents have received from Ann, their NHS GP practice & all of the medical departments/hospitals we have come into contact with.
