Having just got home from after a blood test at the Carlyon Road Hub I wanted to comment on what a positive experience it was. The nurse I saw was extremely professional and set me at ease immediately with her upbeat, friendly manner filling me with confidence in her ability to carry out the process with expertise. I am not the best in dealing with my own blood but she made my visit a pleasure. Thank you.
