"Not as it should be "

Things have really gone down hill. Getting an appointment face to face is so difficult. The new online booking is not fit for purpose. Things are being missed. Test results not acted on. For 18 mths it would seem there was blood in urine, but no one acted on this. Only in the past month another UTI saw paramedic who I can not fault. She was a bit horrified I hadn’t seen urology referred on cancer pathway, seen at hospital in 2 days still having tests now. If this has been missed for 18 mths, it’s not good. But have taken off my repeat tramadol that pain clinic prescribed, coz I’m opiate dependant! 1 tablet a day really. The care seems to be no longer there. Too many things are being missed. We put our trust in GP’s but we are being let down big time.
