"Excellent service "

Had my cataract op today. I had my preop two weeks ago and surgery today. What a great service from first contact at reception to the end result of having the op. The building is well signed and spotless with good parking. I was a little anxious when I arrived and all the staff, reception, nursing and other staff were friendly and answered all my questions.

The actual operation went well and the procedure only took about 4/5 minutes the surgeon talked to me the whole time. He was really friendly. In fact my appointment was for 9.40am and I left the building at 11.30 after having a cup of coffee and biscuits so less than 2 hours. I hope now to have the other I done and can honestly say I will not be anxious. Great service, thank you.
