About: Sidwell Street Clinic / Exeter Sexual Health

(as the patient),

I had terrible experiences with contraception and wanted my coil removed. My GP practice wasn't able to help due to complications and sent me a referral to RD&E, for which after 2 months I still didn't have an appointment.

I was helped immediately with the clinic and the doctor and nurse who saw me made me feel so comfortable and we even had a laugh whilst i was having my procedure.

Thank you team, excellent service and couldn't have been made to feel more heard or comfortable throughout. Highly recommend and trust me, i have seen/been through it. Thank you endlessly!!

I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post such a positive response to your visit here at Devon Sexual Health. We do take every care to support our patients going through, what we appreciate, can be very sensitive examinations and treatments.

We do pursue a patient centred service here at Devon Sexual Heath which is why it's so rewarding to hear you had such a positive experience at our clinic, especially after the confusion of your treatments beforehand.

Essentially I'm glad that you eventually made it to us, although I maybe somewhat biased, I do believe we have a wonderful team of clinicians here who excel at putting their patients at ease but it is great to hear that you felt heard and comfortable.
