after receiving text message to book appointment to discuss teat results. phone the number to be told to ring between 10:&5: for test results. ring to speak to someone and book appointment about unpleasant results to be told by staff, you need to ring at 8:00 and join the queue. we know they have saved slots for appointments but they refuse to give them out. when trying to book appointment for test results especially of this nature, you should be given an appointment straight away. what is the point of the phone message say call between certain hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!
looking at the reviews and the CQC report we do not know this is still operating. when it was the old Newton road, you could walk in and speak to some one face to face or call and make an appointment. what is going on with yourselves. you need to get a grip of what patients need. and show some respect to them
