"Fabulous physiotherapist"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / West of Scotland Major Trauma Ward (ward 1c)

(as a service user),

I would like to say thank you to Ella, a fantastic physiotherapist, for her support while I was recovering from surgery on ward 1C. She was the perfect mix of empathetic/encouraging and firm in getting me on my feet and feeling confident for discharge from hospital. She was so understanding and helped me to recognise what was pain and was fear of pain when reintroducing movement. She was the perfect presence at a scary time for me and I think about her help often, and believe she set me up really well for further success with my physiotherapist in the community. Thank you Ella.
