(as a relative),

My Mother,  fell at home and broke her hip on 31st December last year. Following an operation and a two week stay at Ninewells hospital Mum was transferred to Seaton Grove home in Arbroath.

The service, food, support and nursing at Seaton was excellent. After a few days into her rehabilitation, Stuart her physiotherapist started to help Mum with exercises and treatment. Stuart was so helpful and provided First class care during Mum’s stay in Seaton and this continued with home visits.

Stuart’s communication and treatment for Mum was excellent and he continued to help Mum for months with weekly visits. A huge thank you to Stuart. !!

The resource teams which cared for Mum initially were also very good until a permanent team were put in place. Alison Mums care manager was so helpful and  was able to Mum at ease and reassured her that the help she needed would be resourced.

A huge thanks to the care teams. !!

Dear Wilbo,

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your mother's rehabilitation. I am sorry to hear she had a fall and broke her hip but pleased to hear her experience at Seaton Grove was excellent.

I am delighted that Stuart was able to help your mum with exercise and physiotherapy treatment and was able to continue to provide this when your mum went home. Stuart will be pleased that you found his communication and treatment was excellent and I will pass on your thanks to him.

I am pleased your mum was able to receive the care and help she required to support her rehabilitation.
