"Exceptional help from Monklands Continence Service"

This was one of the best hospital visits we have ever had - and over the years we have had many.

Sue, Gemma and Dee provided exceptional help, support and detailed advice. The tests that they did on the day quickly identified the key issues, enabling the right support needs and remedial actions to be identified.

The only downside was how long it took to get to the right people to help us. Everything was clearly explained, very insightful and delivered with care, compassion and good humour which ensured my wife was comfortable and confident despite the challenges of the difficult discussion. The 3 staff were all exemplary in their performance - and in world where everyone is so quick to criticise we felt it important to recognise outstanding performance.
