About: Glendale Medical Centre

Phoned the surgery at about 11.30 and phone was answered almost immediately ( no 1 in queue). Explained my problem to a helpful and sympathetic receptionist who asked me to wait while she spoke to the nurse. She agreed to have a look and I was given an appointment for 1.50 the same day. Unfortunately she could do nothing but referred me to the Hillingdon podiatry service. Within the hour I was contacted by the podiatrist who agreed to fit me in as an emergency the next day. By the following afternoon problem sorted!

I feel I received outstanding service from all the staff at Glendale and also the podiatry service. I received 5 star treatment from everyone I came into contact with. Well done.
