First encounter with Day surgery receptionist, a pleasant smile checked all safety tc and guided me to Nurse in charge who was very professional, provided me all details after checking basic BP, Temperature, DVT preventative socks, call button etc and make me comfortable, excellent attitude,
ENT team constant, SpR, anaesthetic consultant and theatre staff the best I have ever come across,
Regular updates and staff nurses very professional, great emphatic.
