"Wouldn't trust them with a paper bag never mind…"

If your considering this practice there is a reason why so many of these reviews are 1*!

I was a victim of an assault in 2022. I have been treated for anxiety for this. I had a form from the CICA for compensation. I rang the GP practice and they said yes we can complete as you reported this to DR..... (I can't mention names). Convenient this call was not recorded.

I gave the forms in an I said these are tim sensitive and they said that was fine. However, still completed after the deadline. I say completed they said I never reported this to my GP!

I asked to speak to a GP regarding this and they have refused. I have been supported by the RASAC and had counselling through them. But they didn't want to know.

I asked for supervisor or manager to call me back which they said they would and never did they call back (millcroft don't bother responding with you template of contact the surgery to discuss more as you don't care you return calls. I have tried to take to you numerous times).

An already trigging and stressful situation made a lot worse!

I have now moved and I see a lot of Facebook posts of patients struggling with this practice. Avoid at all costs.
