"Friendly and helpful"

About: Perth Royal Infirmary / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I had a flare up of uveitis in my right eye. I phoned Perth Royal Infirmary and asked for the Eye Clinic. I then spoke to a very helpful nurse and described my symptoms. She said to come in right away and Dr Johnstone would see me.

On arrival the same helpful and friendly nurse then tested my eyes, took the pressure and instilled dilating drops before I saw Dr Johnstone who confirmed that the uveitis was active and prescribed the usual drops.

It is comforting and reassuring to be dealt with so quickly which prevents further further damage. and everyone at the PRI are so friendly and helpful.
