About: Vanbrugh Group Practice

You can’t reach the doctor.

I called them on Friday afternoon for bladder infection and blood in pee. They said to call them Monday morning. I called them at 8 am on Monday. I was 29 in the line….they said someone will call you back and it is 11.30 am and I am still waiting. I am not a doctor but I just need urine test for the beginning. Likely, during the weekend I treated myself with some pills…

Dear patient

We are sorry to hear your feedback. Could you get in touch with me to discuss further. The morning duty doctor will typically call between 8am-12pm but if you did not receive a call it's very important we know
