(as the patient),

I was in McDonald's in Yate on the Tuesday lunch time. I had my friends 20 month old grand-daughter with me. As we were getting ready to leave the toddler ran to the doors and being automatic they let her out. I ran after and fell onto the floor, hitting my head and the whole of my right side.
