I telephoned the practice on Thursday 12th June at 08:56 2025 as I was going away and wanted to ask the doctor if I could continue with my HRT medication after receiving the all clear from the breast clinic, the operator said she would ask the doctor and if yes, would send the prescription to the chemist for me to collect on Monday 16th, I phoned the chemist and they said it was ready to be collected, so my request had been carried out professionally by all involved.
