"Sally- Employability support"

I have been working with Sally for over a year now. 

I have struggled with my mental health for years. When we first met I had very little confidence in myself or my abilities to get a job. Sally met with me almost every week and worked with me to build up my skills in looking for jobs, writing applications, writing my CV, interview skills and my self confidence. She taught me how to advocate for myself in the workplace and also that, even though I struggle with my mental health, I still deserve a job and to have my needs respected. I have always felt so much better about myself and my situation after a session with Sally. 

Sally has given me the tools to allow me to really change my life for the better. As well as showing me that I deserve to have my voice heard. I think she is amazing! 

I am now employed and really enjoying my new job. I am going to miss her lots!
